Bacterial Vaginosis
Bacterial vaginosis and lichen sclerosis may be caused by the same virus responsible for a plantar wart.
It is believed that a sexual partner doesn’t infect a women with this condition, but sexual contact is associated with its occurrence. If a woman has no symptoms usually no treatment is required. Treatment is necessary when the woman has symptoms.

This condition is caused by excessive bacteria that is normally present in the vagina. When this bacteria appears in large numbers, it may cause discharge or odor. Some symptoms are that normal secretions change to watery or pearly grey discharge. Bacterial vaginosis and lichen sclerosis may be caused by the same virus responsible for a plantar wart.
